We found the car online and called the Toyota garage to enquire. Spoke to a friendly sales executive Shannon Wiggins who was incredibly helpful and made her self available the same day to come speak to her in person. She was really supportive and really helped us get the deal we wanted! Even stayed late to answer all the questions. She was available throughout the whole process via email or phone and just made this stressful process stress free. Absolutely love my new car!

Initially, I wasn't looking to replace my current vehicle, however, I decided to visit Toyota after using their vehicles as part of our Hospital fleet to see what vehicles were available. Shannon was on hand to provide some really helpful information on vehicle types and purchase options. As there was a vehicle (C-HR) available I decided to purchase one! Shannon worked out a really good price for my current vehicle and a really good purchase plan that perfectly suited my needs. On collection of the new car, Shannon was again great at completing the handover. Really pleased with the C-HR! I hope to continue keeping this new relationship with Toyota as I did with my previous vehicle provider. Maybe a car for the other half in the new year! :)

I was very impressed with the Colchester showroom from the moment I walked through the door. There was an impressive ambience and a warm reception. Shannon Wiggins was appointed my Sales Rep and I count myself lucky in this regard. She was well informed , patient and exuded a genuine desire to help me find the right vehicle for my needs. She was not in the least bit pushy, but at the end of the day instead of leaving to mull over my options and compare other manufacturers, I left having bought a car!
