Immaculate service from a lady named Beth. Only charged me once for two appointments and ensured that the problem with my ear was resolved. Professional service throughout the appointment which was quick. Would highly recommend going here if you have problems with your ears.

I had treatment on 15th July, however 2 weeks later my ears are blocked again. I contacted customer service only to be sent a condescending email by Dave who told me I either have an condition called ETD or premature hearing loss due to COVID 19. I was advised to get a hearing test. I've never had Covid and I don't have ETD. I've had no response to my last  email where I told Dave I didn't agree and asked as a goodwill gesture if I could have my ears checked but I have subsequently gone to my GP who has surprise surprise confirmed that there is wax in both my ears still. So in a nutshell don't use this company. After all they ensure that only 4 and 5* reviews go on the website and ask you to contact them if you feel like posting a 1, 2 or 3* review.
