Sham is a great coach and my son loves his boxing classes. Gym is always clean and location is decent as there is always parking available nearby.

A club known for providing crucial support for many amazing local charities showing care for their community. A special home for many like myself. Great membership rates and a family feeling when training at the gym. Will be back!

Love this little place that's new in balsall heath. The staff are friendly and have manners this is very very hard to find in gyms in this locality. The place has been done up to an above satisfactory level. They have all the equiptment needed for a very strong workout session. The management are well mannered and have a smile as I mentioned before a smile when entered can determine if you will be a member for not. It's a local family run gym and its mixed without any music so you can have your headphones in and listen to what you would like. They have personal trainers in hand which is very convenient. Definitely a gym to join.
