DO NOT GET THIS TAXIafter reading bad reviews I still took a taxi with this company. BAD CHOICE.At first they were gonna charge me £4.50 for a journey 5 mins away and then back to the beginning destination again. Of course, the price then changed to £6.When the driver arrived to pick me up, after being lost for ages, he had no idea where we were going, and I had to give him the address all over again. When we got there, he demanded money even though i had him booked to wait 2 mins and then take us back. Of course he drove off and we were stranded there, in rain, in an unfamiliar place. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE, UNORGANISED COMPANY, RUDE DRIVERS AND RUDE DISPATCHERS.

I've been use this company for almost 2 years, and between me, my girlfriend and my mom, we spend 30£ a week. Until today, as i have to deal with worst driver ever ( the number of the car is 235) !! He starting to tell me hurry up cmon go go cmon" and when I say to be more nice he told me "shut up if you don't like me

Wow, so rude and threatening!! I asked for a taxi but called back litetally two minutes later to say there was a bus running and sorry forcthe inconvienence. Then the bus came up as cancelled so i called back (this is all within 5 minutes) and apologised and said sorry but could i actually get the cab after all (long journey so good money for them) and he became very creepy and asked did i 'think it was some kind of joke, eh'? Would never call again

Expensive. Dirty cars. Rude drivers. Drivers mostly charging more then other taxi companies ( it’s about £1-£2 price difference between other taxi companies ). So expensive Drivers also often speaking over the phone whilst driving with customer.Not recommended.Would not use again.

Incredible service, always on time , great prices. I have been with this taxi service for 5 years and i have never been disappointed. Operators are well spoken, Drivers always on time and caring. I recommend this taxi base service.

Dangerous driver who took turns too fast, didn't slow down at bumps and my four kids were bouncing around the car the whole trip including the extra time he took because he got completely lost. The most unprofessional rude staff I ever dealt with (including the manager). Their charges change from day to day for the same trip sometimes twice in the same day. Tried to call for feedback and enquiry and was told by the manager that he was busy. They are not interested in even hearing what their customers have to say. A joke of a business would not use again even if they paid me.

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would! I used to use them frequently to get to work using the card payments. It turns out that they weren't doing things right on their end and weren't charging me for every trip!! I ended up having to pay over 100 pounds for their mistake of not charging my card properly!! Dont use this company if you want to keep your money!!!!

The contact centre are incompetent, couldn't understand a word they were saying. Asked for a taxi for in an hour, after my shift. Taxi company text me saying they were outside 30 minutes earlier than they needed to be. When I went outside to call them, apparently I had missed a call, and the taxi would not wait for me to pic up, with in a minute waiting period. He was gone. Also the price they were asking for was very expensive... especially when they clearly don't know how to even speak on a phone properly.

Driver had no clue where he was going, and had to be directed after his satnav tried to take him miles out of the way. When arriving at the destination he asked what we normally paid and then added 20% on top. Complained to the office and am taking this further, with trading standards. Rude staff, clueless drivers and rip offs to boot.

They are charging 25p per minute to call them so No I will not be using them ever again! Check ur calls with ur provider!My bill for the month has rised up by £15 of charges from this taxi base!Bang out of order! Robbing sods!
