Just bought a scaffold tower. Arrived as promised, bank holiday taken into account, the product is excellent. Very light weight but when assembled it is exceptionally sturdy and stable. It’s a 6metre tower and I’ve been working on it at maximum height with no movement at all making the job so much easier.I would recommend this to anyone that has a job to do at these sorts of height without reservation.

We had been considering buying a tripod ladder for some time. I looked at the Henchman website and, although the ladders looked ideal, they were quite expensive. I found the BPS site via google and visited their outlet in Warlingham. We were shown a selection of ladders and chose a lightweight 3 metre Trade Master Tripod. The staff member we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all our questions and gave us a practical demonstration. I have no hesitation in giving BPS a hearty recommendation.

On a recommendation we purchased the three legged ladder specifically for hedge cutting from uneven ground. Prior to this had no idea they existed. Arrived very quickly after order and have been fantastic with the amount of adjustment necessary. So much better than platform used before.

Website was easy to use, ladder was delivered quickly and left in my safe place which I instructed. Very happy with the ladder, safe to use on my own with the stability bar fitted. Only negative was the rubber ends were coming out so I'll glue those in place.

After balancing precariously on household stepladders in the garden for many years, I decided to invest in a tripod ladder before a serious injury. After seeing their reviews I chose a ladder from BPS. Quickly delivered, the ladders are excellent. Standing on them several feet above the ground feels as safe as standing on the ground. Well worth the price which was lower than other brands.

Few points of advice: if you can, go visit the warehouse. You can see all ladders and get a sense of what you are buying. John was superb to help us just before his lunchbreak, he took us to another unit to unpack a ladder to demonstrate everything, how to put it together and the different ways to use it. John sold us on the step, very glad we got it with the ladder: it’s worth it. It takes some time to assemble, you may need to see if the holes all align, but use some round metal files to make the holes bigger will do the trick. Make sure you put the screws in the right way too. It does take some practice to put it up, some of the locking levers are difficult to move, but we found using a flat screwdriver to be really handy. But what really surprised is that it is super quick to fold back together, seconds, so smooth. We have used it on the stairs, to reach the top of a tree and to walk over and paint the covings. This was money VERY WELL spent. Thanks BPS and John for showing it and postponing his lunchtime for us!

What a fantastic bit of kit this ladder is. I've been struggling on a wobbly, flimsy set of step ladders for ages. I wish I'd found this site years ago!I bought a set of 4 x 3 multi-purpose ladders which came with stabilising feet and working platforms so the ladders can be used as a long straight set, a set of step ladders, a platform or much more. Very quick delivery too.The build quality is excellent, this is a seriously sturdy ladder. It is extremely easy to transform the ladders as it is just pulling a release lever on each hinge.Very flexible solution, being able to be used on stairs, as a platform, or even as a 'stand-off' ladder.
