The lovely lady that served us yesterday was amazing. So brilliant and I can’t recommend her service enough. My little girl got her first pair of shoes. She was born during lock down so her social skills are not at all perfected yet. I explained this to Jackie before we started and honestly she was just amazing with her even if my daughter didn’t at all make it easy for her. Will definitely be asking for her again when we go in next time.

Such fantastic service! I have a particular need for foot support and they are great with helping get the right fit for ME. Well worth the price! Fantastic service and superb quality

Visited on Tuesday 11April to purchase pair of ladies shoes ,my wife waitng for knee op and as foot on this leg swells ,difficulty with shoes ,assistant rebecca so very helpfull,bought two pairs and my wife came away delighted thankyou for your patience and advice David norris

Took grandchildren in for new trainers. Dreadful experience. Either didn't have any stock or they were too narrow. Staff need more training, shouldn't cut foot nearly in half for the width! Couldn't even get her foot in! I don't expect to have to look on someone's phone while they scroll through and then be told to order online. I asked to be brought what they had, turns out to be wellington boots. Then one pair of pink trainers which wouldn't go over her toes. Will certainly go elsewhere in future. Also why do sparkly trainers stop at size 9? She's only 4 for goodness sake. If Clarks want to get in touch, please do.... maybe the next shop to go bankrupt. If so it serves them right.

Seems to have very basic selection for older children , I personally would still but for my older children however they do not cater for 10-13 yes with good styles

Went Into clarks today to find some shoes for my wide feet and it was a great experience although we went through a few styles of shoes we found a pair that was just right and the member of staff that was helping was very patient and understanding will definitely be going back and would recommend

I come here to get my shoe's. It is a really good store with friendly staff and great comfy smart shoe's. I recommend this place if you need new shoe's.
