Mark and the team carry out exceptional paint work on my Porsche cars, I am a local Porsche specialist and always take my cars to A X Welwyn for them to work their magic. I have used AX many time before, they are so precise with timing and the quality of the work. Priced really competitively so will use them again. Had my 1 series BMW damage touched up.The communication from Stacey the Customer service Angel was amazing.The quality of the work done was amazing also.I was greeted by name, communication was friendly and concise.They even handed over a washed car, clean both inside and out.A well run and friendly business that values customers.

Friendly, efficient and speedy repairs carried out on my wife's car. We had an encounter with a skip and the boot lid was damaged. There were also a few unrelated scrapes to the front bumper. Everything was fixed well ahead of schedule and we are very pleased with the work. Have used AX Welwyn before and always been impressed with their professional attitude and helpfulness. So impressed at the quality of work and the professionalism all round at AX Welwyn. The whole front end of my vehicle was damaged quite extensively - a lot more than a few scratches or dents which made getting the right job done more important. Jo in the office took all of my stress and worries away, and Mark in the body shop filled me with confidence that I'd made the right choice. All of the issues were identified, and quotes were given within a few hours of me pulling up. The work undertaken is absolutely flawless and I would trust them again with any issues in the future. Hopefully I won't need repairs again but if I do, I'm coming here!

Mark inspected my cars damage straight away on arrival at AX. Unlike other repairers online asking for photos to be sent and then waiting for days before they quoted. Not even having seen the car physically! From the photos I sent off there was scratches to an alloy which they quoted for as a new alloy. On inspection by Mark he managed to polish this out by hand. All the quotes on line came back more expensive. Mark was honest, reliable and communication was good. Mark had been recommended to me. I wouldn't hesitate use Mark at AX to anyone.

This place is a hidden gem. I visited here back in September as someone had hit my car overnight whilst it was parked and drove off. It didn't feel right claiming through my insurance so searched online for a repair shop that was good enough. I was recommended here by my garage and I'm so glad I listened to them. I was first ask to bring my car in for a visual inspection. Mark inspected my car in great detail and throughout told me what he was doing. He seemed so professional and knew what he was doing that I also asked him about previous damages I had and if he could repair them. He talked me through everything and said he would forward me and price break down. When the break down came through I was so shocked to see the price for all the work I enquired about and agreed to the works straight away. AX was so good they even took my car in whilst I was away saving me a headache of being without a car if back home. Whilst away Stacey who works on the front desk kept me informed of all the work going on and when the works were completed. When it came to collecting the car I was amazed at the fantastic work that had been done and just how good my car looked. I have no doubt that I will use these guys again and always recommend them to friends and family needing repairs to their car.
