Trevor photographed our elopement in August and did a truly fantastic job.We did lots of research before going with Trevor and are so glad that we made the right choice. We were thrilled with the end results which surpassed our expectations.Trevor’s photography style was perfect for our day as we didn’t want to spend hours having staged photos taken but equally we wanted special photos to remember our day. Trevor managed to capture the important and special moments in an unobtrusive and instinctive way and the magic and feelings are captured in the photos he took.We would not hesitate to recommend Trevor and are so grateful that we have such amazing photos to look back on and remember our wedding day.

My wife and I got married in October 2021, and when doing our research for our photographer we had both independently stumbled across Trevor, and very much liked his work - especially how relaxed and candid his photographs were, which is exactly what we were looking for as neither of us are keen on posing.During the lead up to the wedding, Trevor was very helpful and was always happy to answer any questions that we had; and on the day he was terrific as well. He made us feel comfortable, chatted away to our family and friends and he was excellent at being subtle while moving around - a lot of the photos we have no memory of him even taking!The turnaround time for Trevor to send us our photos was incredible as well, it only took about two weeks which we were not expecting at all. We are very happy with the end result and got exactly the type of wedding photos that we were looking for.We would highly recommend Trevor to anyone looking for a photographer, and would be very happy to work with him again in the future!

Trevor was amazing. My now husband and I were engaged in Canada in March 2023. We decided to elope in the beautiful Isle of Skye, Scotland in August 2023. We contacted Trevor (Silver Photography) at that time via email to inquire his availability for a quiet elopment with four family members in attendance, after being told by another Canadian couple friend of ours what a fantastic photographer he was. Trevor was prompt, professional, and exceptionally accomodating. He travelled quite the journey to meet us at our AirBnB in Portree -- including stopping to pick up our bouquet arrangements along the way -- and then followed us in his mobile camper home with his pup (Chip) an extra hour away to Skye. Trevor has a way of eloquently capturing candid moments that we will treasure. We were married at the ruins site of Dunscaith Castle in the gusting gales of wind. Despite the hustle and bustle of weather around it, he made us feel relaxed from start to finish. He was comedic and refreshing, which we so admired. He even brought his own little table for us to sign our papers afterwards. We received a few sneak-peak photos within a few days, and a link to an electronic copy & USB copy via mail of high-quality shortly afterwards.We highly recommend Trevor/Silver Photography for your photographing needs!

Trevor was beyond wonderful! We honestly couldn’t have hoped for a better photographer (and witness!) for our wedding in Glencoe this year. Having a tiny elopement wedding, it was a little nerve wracking arranging a photographer. With just us, our two children and our Celebrant, we worried that it might feel a little intense or awkward having a photographer there for the whole thing, but Trevor ended up being such an important part of our day. From the first contact we felt really at ease and knew we’d made the right choice. Trevor made time to chat though our plans beforehand via video call and helped us figure out how to make the most of our day. He gave us helpful info about the area and a location for the ceremony (a beautiful spot beside Glencoe Lochan). We felt so comfortable throughout, nothing felt awkward or forced and he was brilliant with our kids too (who, by the way, are an absolute riot!). It felt as though we’d known him forever and we’re so grateful.We’ll always treasure the memories captured by Trevor - we absolutely love our wedding photographs, he captured all the emotion of our day perfectly. We really could not have asked for any more!

We were blown away with our Elopement pictures. Trevor was so calm and easy going from the day we reached out to book and until our very last minute change of day/venue. We really didn't know where we were going to be getting our pictures taken, but Trevor made it seemless process for us and took the stress out of our last minute change of plans. I am really not sure how many photographers would work like that with their clients at such short notice - above and beyond to ensure we got our perfect day. Trevor recommend the perfect beach for us and let us do our own thing. There was no pressure at all to stand a certain way or put in a certain situation. We just walked along the beach and Trevor took the pictures from a distance letting us have Our own space and special time together and Trevor captured true natural moments. We had friends reach out and ask if we had a drone because our pictures were just so amazing they couldn't believe it was from just a camera. We would 100% recommend Trevor for anyone looking for a low key day with no pressure but still wanting the day captured professionally. Trevor was the most amazing wedding photographer we could have wanted for our wedding and engagement shoot. We loved his journalistic style and it was great to have met him before the wedding day for the engagement shoot. He was calm and chatted with everyone throughout the wedding and made it a lovely relaxing experience to get our photos done. He turned all the photos around in less than a week (and we had 2 days of events!) and they are absolutely gorgeous. He came early to get set up and took lots of amazing shots of many moments during the wedding discreetly and with great skill. A big thank you to Trevor for our recent wedding photos. From initial contact to delivering the final product Trevor has been amazing and communication has been fantastic!He helped us through the whole process and took the time to get to know us and our story before the big day, even had some handy advice for two people fairly clueless about wedding timelines. On the day, Trevor was not only very professional, but also just a joy to have around. As two fairly introverted people, he made us feel relaxed and at ease with his sense of humour and great chat! He was also super helpful throughout the day, lending a hand whenever he could. The Photos themselves are perfect, we always wanted the photographs to tell the story of the day and that’s exactly what they did. Watching them back feels like experiencing the wedding again, it’s incredible; even the more posed photos feel and look so natural.
