A brilliant, well-kept bike shop. A real hidden gem for any cyclist in and around Stratford.Brilliant advice from staff, who are very inviting and helpful, and a great selection of bikes and accessories for anyone.All is kept incredibly clean and products are laid out clearly. If you can’t find something on the shelves, just ask a member of staff - they’re happy to try and order things in.I am yet to use their servicing packages, but look forward to using them at a point in future when I may need to.

Went without an appointment for a minor issue. They were fully booked but slotted me in to get the job done quickly and all done with a smile! Very pleased with the work done. Small businesses like this are priceless and have to be backed!

Amazing bike shop! I am very new to bike maintenance and didn’t know what I was doing. The man working there helped me cut the chain to the right length and helped recommend maintenance tools and a bike pump. I then proceeded to lose a quick link and struggle with the bike chain as was my first time. I took it back to the shop and he was kind enough to replace the quick link with another and fit the chain for me for free! Amazing service and great staff. Thanks for all the help I will definitely be back for more in the future.

Needed a specific bike for an unusual request for an Opera....!!The young guys there were super helpful and enthusiastic about it, sorted it out in a couple of days, perfect!! Shop is modern and well thought out, browsing around is no problem with loads of tempting clothing and of course bikes. Good discounts on some fancy carbon steeds.....well worth a visit. Thank you once again for solving my problem!!

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!When reading this thread, remember that the simple truth is that the crank fell off c 20 miles and just 8 days after they were paid to do a full strip service. The rest is noise.Fact: my crank arm fell off less than 20 miles after a service at the Bicycle Rooms where I paid for a complete strip down and service" . I could have been very seriously injured or killed.The owner immediately said it was not possible that it was the shop's fault. I found him to be very defensive and aggressive in his response. He asked me "what do you want me to do
