Always had no problems going here I still hate the booking system. As its a joke not the staffs here fault. But I wish they would get rid of it

Easy booking via council website . No queue to get in, barrier opens automatically. Helpful staff on site.

Always use this centre and normaly would give 5 stars staff usually helpful and polite. Today however when visiting, my father and myself had arrived 15mins early to our appointment and had arrived separately as coming from different locations. The plan being for me to help him unload his van, unfortunately I was told on arrival that I could not park on site (which is fine i understand that) but also that I couldn't enter as a pedestrian to help him, I was then told I would have had to arrive inside the van to gain entry to the site. I found this more than upsetting as not only was some of the rubbish inside the van mine but my father of 50+ years now has to unload the entire van himself.

Easy to book. Easy to find. The staff here are quite friendly and helpful. They help you with advice on sorting your rubbish. The site is kept very clean too.

Glad I just wasted 15 minutes if my time signing up to book a slot to be told at the end it's fully booked ! Why is there a booking system at all! COVID IS NOT AN ISSUE ANYMORE.Sounds like typical council employees not wanting to work for a living asusual

I visited last year with a booking and not one person bothered checking it so assumed it would be the same. Turned up without a booking which I realise was my fault, but the guy on the gate was so rude about it that I felt I needed to say something. If people don't understand the system there is no need to be nasty to them.

Well organised and the guys & ladies working there are always super friendly and helpful

Staff were super friendly and helpful, process was very efficient. An actual pleasure to visit the tip: straight through, no queues, no messing around - thank you!
