Absolutely appalling customer service from the moment payment was made.. The fitter was also rude and kept huffing and puffing. I had a trouble experience with Tapi Carpets, therefore I would not recommend!!!

Had a great experience dealing with Allan on two separate occasions visiting this leicester store. He had great knowledge and recommendations on carpet choices and how their fitters work on finishing a job. I didn't feel rushed to make a choice or pressured into making a purchase. Went back to the store to go ahead and book and Allan was super helpful in his approach and gave great customer service and helped greating a reasonable price for the job. 100% recommend his service. Thank you Allan!!

I’ve had a carpet fitted throughout my house at huge cost. It looks and feel beautiful however after a few vacuums several pieces of carpet are sticking out all over the place, in the lounge and upstairs in the bedroom. Also the stairs carpet is becoming marks and squashed far quicker than I would expect for the price I paid. It was put down in December 22 and by the end of January you can clearly see flattened foot marks all the way up the stairs even after a vacuum. I’m not sure if I got a Fridays afternoon carpet but I’m not terribly happy with it and won’t be buying from there again. I did write and ask them about these bits sticking out and they said they would come and look, however they don’t seem to be able to follow it through. I spent a lot of money on this carpet so I’m quite disappointed with it. Be warned! Make sure you ask if the carpet you like is suitable for stairs!

Such an amazing experience with Tapi carpets, more specifically, Alan, Gina and Lesley. Alan really went out of his way to help us find the best carpet in our price range. Lesley was so efficient when she measured up our floor space. Gina has been very flexible with our fitting dates and has been great at keeping us updated throughout. The whole team at st George's retail park were really wonderful to deal with. Alan's super knowledgeable, extremely efficient and very professional. He never made me feel uncomfortable when I asked a lot of questions (and I mean a lot!). He is a real asset to the team and I can't recommend this team highly enough.

First class service. Kevin was very helpful at the store and once I'd decided to place an order, Lesley came out the same day to do a very professional measuring job. Lee and George were the best carpet fitters - very hardworking, very skilled and very entertaining..! Really pleased with the result.

Allan was extremely rude and abrupt. I walked in the shop and was looking for 5 mins. He saw me and stared at me from the back of the shop. When I approached him, he was extremely blunt and rude. No pleasantries. He asked me - are you looking to place an order today". Before getting a fitting appointment or have recommendations. Shocking service."

Alan (apologies if I’ve spelt your name wrong) @ Tapi Carpets Leicester did a fantastic job explaining the carpets and their service to me. I’ve always shopped at local carpet retailers before thinking the big boys cannot compete with price and service but Allen completely changed my perspective of that. I would highly recommend Tapi carpets to friends and family.

Gina’s customer service and help was second to none, she was very helpful and knowledgeable and would definitely recommend her when choosing carpets for your home
