Don't know how to change the name but my name is Lorraine. I just finished the level two safer food handler course and passed with flying colours. I think this is due to the most amazing tutors. They made the subject very fun and I found myself laughing and shouting out answers much to the annoyance of my husband Paul who kept on reminding me they couldn't hear. I would just like to say a big thank you and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Terrible service.I have been trying to complete their level 2 training for the past 2 weeks, and after passing all the tests it won't let me do the final exam until I have watched the videos of every individual chapter. Issue is their servers are horrible and it takes 7h to play a 16 minutes video which is the first one because it keeps buffering and pausing, and this happens every single time I try to continue this training. It's not an internet problem as I have tested it several times and YouTube videos work just fine (Right now speed is 1,06 mb per second).In the time I have written this, the video on chapter 6 has advanced 3 full seconds!Ultimately I guess I will have to go home after work, start playing one of the videos, go to sleep, and hope that by the time I wake up the video has finished playing, as this seems like the only way for me to get access to the final exam and finally the qualification, which I'm not even sure it's worth the frustration.Terrible to see this is how NHS and people providing food for the public have to learn.The only good thing it has is that the info and chapters are well redacted.

We use the Safer Food Group for trainees on our baking themed employability course to take their Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate. We chose The Safer Food Group as they offer good value and good quality learning. The video's are informative and fun and a great aid to learning and give the student a chance to recap the learning before taking the final certification. We have trainees of different ages, backgrounds and ethnicity and these courses really hit the spot. I would highly recommend.
