After suffering with horrendous back pain for a fortnight I visited Adam Carlisle at Coastal Chiropractic Clinic. I was in pain and anxious but was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. The initial consultation was very thorough, and I felt safe that Adam was not prepared to do any treatment until he was certain It was appropriate. Adam was professional and sensitive, and it was clear that he really knew his stuff. I am absolutely astounded at the difference the treatment has made, my pain has gradually reduced and as I write this one day post treatment I am little more than sore and stiff. I have agreed on further treatment and, after two weeks of hell, I am now confident I will be back to full fitness within a few weeks. I would highly recommend this service to anyone with a bad back, or other injuries.

I started going to Adam with a persistently achey neck and was amazed at the difference his treatment made. I now visit monthly and see this as a good investment. As a runner, I hope to be enjoying running into my old age. Adam has helped with injuries and I give him a fair bit of credit for helping me win my running club's award for the number of competitive miles run in 2017/18! He's clunked and clicked me back into place after marathon seasons. He's a jolly nice bloke too. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Was recommended by a friend to go and see Adam at his clinic, which I did, I have improved my movement in my spine so much I can bend a lot more than I used to,also my sciatica has gone and feel so much better after each session.

I came to Adam back in August for treatment after enduring around 2 years of back pain. Initial consultation was thorough and informed, and I was confident that Adam had the knowledge and experience to be able to help me. I started twice a week, then after about a month he had made enough progress to only warrant seeing me once per week. I’m now coming every 2 and I couldn’t be happier with the improvement. There was a time I didn’t think I’d be able to get out of bed in the morning without pain relief but now I don’t need to take any! It’s not a quick fix, but I now see my visits as part of my lifestyle.

I first saw Adam about 3 years ago for neck and lower back pain, which caused difficulty in movement because I was so stiff and tight. I received a thorough examination and over the following weeks Adam saw me regularly and I soon had a much better range of movement without pain which was a huge relief. I've continued to see Adam about every 6 weeks so he can loosen any stiffness in my neck and lower back before it gets out of hand. As a consequence I can now, cycle, run, swim, hike, workout with light weights and perform yoga without pain and soreness afterwards. This is fantastic, I'm fitter than I've been for years and the care I receive from Adam helps me to achieve this - thanks Adam
