Had a fantastic week of classes at yoga life while I was visiting friends in the area. Beautiful studio and passionate, knowledgeable teachers whose love for yoga is clear.

I would give more stars if I could! I feel incredible every time I leave! Just try it once!

Absolutely love Yogalife, their teachers and classes are suitable for all. The studio is multi sensory with dimmed coloured lights, oil diffusers, warmth and emotive music.All the teachers offer their own unique practice so I highly recommend to try all classes…even the ones that you may think are not for you! You’ll be surprised how the teacher can make you fall in love with a class.Plenty of free parking AND you can use the changing room/shower facilities at Total Fitness even if you’re not a member there. You’re given a coin to hand into the reception, just remember a towel and change of clothes!I’ve done this many times after a 7am yoga class before starting work. Shower then a takeaway coffee and I’m on my way.

Fab place ... Have been to two family yoga sessions on a Sunday and came out feeling wow .... First time I've done a sport that my kids are better than me... Also great to see the kids so chilled out! Love it

Yogalife has changed my life. It is a wonderful community of goodness. There are a huge variety of class types, the instructors are so knowledgeable, hugely welcoming and friendly, all bring something very different to the table and you are surrounded by lovely people. Every single session I learn something new and can see the progress I am making week by week. Rachel has made a huge impact on me and I love all of her classes. Gareth has been an incredible support with my yoga in general but also instrumental in tackling anxiety issues. I cannot recommend highly enough, a very special place to be a part of, thank you Team YL!

i went to yin yoga which was great and very relaxing.the studio was clean bright and spacious . There seemed to be a really welcoming atmosphere.one thing I would say is it would be goood if there were changing facilities with showers for after class.

Great classes and studio - love it

Superb app to book sessions, great location and a lovely welcoming atmosphere, even for a novice like me. Rachel is possibly the sunniest instructor you’ll meet, can’t recommend Yogalife enough!
