We were so pleased by the quality workmanship, keen price and frindly people. When I chipped the worktop edge after 8 years they were out in a flash repairing it and happy to talk about how to look after it. I was so impressed I invited them to quote and they have installed a worktop at our new home; still just as good products, price, and customer care.

One of the best companies I have worked with during various developments. From the sales process to viewing the stone and then the communication during Covid-19, all staff were exceptional and the service was tremendous. The product, absolutely stunning and the installation was absolutely perfect. Special thanks to Craig, Marc and Greg for handling this so well.

From ordering to actually visiting their unit and choosing our Quartz kitchen worktops, this company are highly recommended. The installation team were brilliant, helpful and patient when we came across an issue our Kitchen fitter put us in. Thank you making our dream kitchen become a reality :-)

Grantech were recommended by our builders, and they really went the extra mile to make and fit our worktops in a limited timeframe. Excellent customer service and communication throughout, and prices were competitive.

Avoid at all cost. You've got to pay upfront for work not yet completed. If anything goes wrong, they will not put it right for you. Their team damaged my new floor during installation of the granite Worktop. I was offered £200 where in fact cost of replacement was near £950! Case is now under review with trading standards and I had to involve my solicitor to go down legal route. The owner doesn't want to resolve it nor is responding to my complaint letters. I really wish we went with our usual company rather this appalling so called business doing all they can to rip people off. My advise...stear away if you don't want to be put through over 4 months of pain and expense of repairs you need to pay for!If I could give Gregg and his company 0 stars, I would!

Grantech recently supplied and fitted our quartz kitchen and island worktops, as well as a small bar area and the supply of a granite hearth.The service and communication from the outset was brilliant, very responsive, understanding of our requirements and as accommodating as they possibly could be during a very busy period coming out of lockdown. The prices were also extremely competive.The skill and techniques applied by the installation teams was first class.Although Grantech are very local to us, I originally didn't look at them as I had been deterred by comments a friend had made. So pleased we made the decision to visit them - take as you find, but we can't recommend them highly enough.

These guys installed are quartz tops and we were really impressed. Great service and communication, quick turn round time, seamless install and looks amazing. Would highly recommend.

I used this company to supply a headstone for my late parents, the staff showed empathy and compassion throughout the stages. I was kept informed of developments and progress and even sent a photo of the headstone in place. It's rare to find a business with such professionalism these days.Thank you.

All the staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. They gave us time and advice over several visits and were accommodating when we asked for late changes in material and detail design. The granite we chose was not cheap but the quality is high and the price competitive compared to other local suppliers. Carl templated the tops using a laser device which proved to be very accurate. The result was a two peice worktop that fitted perfectly when installed. Mark and Ian delivered and fitted the tops. The installation was quick (worktops, upstands and windowsill) and the final result superb. Well done all.In summary, we are very pleased with the service we received at Grantech and can unreservedly recommend them to anybody seeking quality granite or quartz worktops.PS: We asked if the recessed drainer could be cut a little deeper than the 3 mm standard depth offered. Tooling issues were given as reasons why this unfortunately could not be agreed. We accepted this but were very pleased to find that the workshop guy had found a solution and managed to give us the deeper drainer after all. Many thanks for persevering with this. Much appreciated.
