Great staff and excellent service

1 member of staff while 6 people wait to get serviced. Once again. Absolute joke of a service. I'll not be back again.

seen 3 memmbers of staff, only 1 servicing, seems to be a sloth or a trainee.. Iv been waiting 20mins and i started second in queue and im still second..... Wolsley how do you make any money from this store if astonishing

Paul went out of his way to sort out materials for me and even delivered them to site personally. Went over and above. Great customer service.

Absolutely the worst wolseley branch iv ever been to. You can spend 1-2 hours on average just to get served as there is only one person on the counter. Avoid if possible. I wouldn't even give one star if it was possible

Painfully slow. The woman on the counter had to look up every single item in the catalogue, even basic things like 15mm elbows. I've never witnessed such rank incompetence at any other branch.

Was looking for a spare part for a mixer shower and had the misfortune to deal with the most unhelpful, arrogant & rude man I have met in a long long time! Did not guvg me a chance to really speak or explain what I was looking for before shrugging his shoulders several times and telling me he could not help. His whole attitude was condensing and rude, I can only think it was because I am a woman as a blokw would not have put up with it! I left store but was so angry I returned within a few minutes to complain to the manager. Manger was far more helpful even though the could not supply the part but at least spoke decently to me. The manager apologised and said he would speak to the member of staff. I have previously spend hundreds of pounds here when I had a bathroom make over but this has put me right off returning in the future. Seriously this man needs training in customer services skill or the sack as no way would I go back and I will be telling others about my experience.
