Customer service here is the worst I have encountered. Tried to return a faulty lawnmower after only 1 month of use and the store refused to take it back. I was hit with a very blunt reaction from the manager to the point where she was quite rude. The manager told me from the point of sale my warranty is with the manufacture not with the shop. At no point was I told this when I purchased the mower.I feel very disappointed with this as I could have purchased the mower cheaper online but, decided I would buy from a store so if I had any warranty issues, they would be easier to fix. I’ve learned my lesson and I won’t be purchasing any more equipment from B & Q in Stirling.

Large well laid out store. Sections clearly marked making shopping easier. Great staff always available to help. Not sure about self service checkouts I like the personal touch with assistant processing my purchases. Lots of staff present watching me go through so why not have them serving the customer, can't see the benefit to the store and it's a loss for the customer

Got a kitchen fitted done a great job staff at B&Q not so good over ordered £600 worth of units still managed to miss 2 doors we did need fitter done a great job/ staff at B&Q NOT GREAT

Spot-on service. Had a few cuts to make on some MDF, the tall fella who helped me was attentive, personable and efficient. Will come back after I inevitably mess up my diy job to replace the bits I ruin.

Bought the last black Keter Go Bar in B&Q Stirling which was £30 but the white was only £15. Andrew was extremely helpful and got me it for £15. Very pleased. Thank you so much Andrew.

In to buy kitchen units, Caroline was excellent in helping me figure out exactly what I needed & her colleague Kate was extremely helpful as well. Have been in a couple of times to get everything I needed & each time the service from both Caroline & Kate has been 1st class, both very knowledgeable about their products & extremely personable.

Went with the intentions of buying a glass light shade, so many to choose from, but unexpectedly ended up finding something far more more suitable for our size of living room which also fitted right in with our decor too. We bought a 35cm Trio Light Grey lightshade for £32. There were two sizes of this one and the larger of the two was perfect. It looks great and the amount of light we now have in the living room is really much better than we had with our old shade. A fantastic buy at a really good price.
