Costa on main Street Callander should be lively spot with great service. Instead only one poor girl serving , we and one other only customers at just after noon. No effort made by staff to clean tables or clear away used trays just looked run down and depressed.

The worse coffee I had in Costa. The staff are not welcoming at all and not very rude attitude for both girls. She made me very wet latte when I asked for another one she was very unhappy and she threw the cup without saying a word to me. I will never come back again to this place ever.Thanks for being so rude guys

Usual Costa offering. Sweet barista made lovely design on our coffees. Clean and tidy. Was very quiet so atmosphere bit low. Comfortable seating.

This is the last time I go to this Costa. Every time I've gone I've asked for a small cappuccino & a small Decaff latte. What I get is either a Decaff cappuccino & caffeine latte or medium cappuccino & medium latte, just what ever seems to come into the batista head at the time. I have to watch every time to make sure they use a Decaff bag as I don't know what I'm going to get. Surely if they can't remember what the order is they'd be better writing it down on something or possibly have some sort off digital screen on the coffee machine so they know what they're making.
