Small, cozy store. Usually not too busy. Friendly colleagues. If you show them a little bit of respect - they will definitely respect you to the moon and back! ;)

Normally shop here as have a good selection. However last time I visited was made to feel unwelcome, was searching for an item which turned out wasn't in stock. There's a woman that works here came and asked if I needed help (which I didn't mind), then pretended to sort shelves to spy on me. I notice she didn't do this with any of the older customers, and I was the only person of colour in the store. It's a shame as most other staff are lovely.

Terrible customer service from shayden at strand store. No acknowledgement or please or thank you. His only response was do u need a reciept? Rubbish service needs training or a non customer facing role. I will not be returning to this store. Please avoid

I hate going to this store. My second time going and yet again I was followed as if I was going to steal something, even after saying I didn’t need any help I was followed. One guy came back and stood behind me ! Another time a lady pretended to clear shelves while watching me and forced me to take a basket. I ended up leaving my water bottle here as was so flustered from the staff. (Each time I bought a substantial amount, which I felt I didn’t want to after all of this). Please don’t train your staff to be security guards

I came to this store looking for advice about weight loss products. The lady who served me ( i think she was the manager, blonde lady) gave me honest advice about what was in each product and how they can (and also might not) aid weight loss as well as long term effects. Wonderfully friendly from the second i entered the store and we even bonded a musician that we both love. I dont usually shop in H&B, but for the fantastic service I received here I would definitely return if and when I'm in the area.

I was served by a very polite and friendly young man called David, who took the time to show me around the store and helped me choose various products. As a long term customer, this is now my favourite Holland and Barrett store!
