I recently needed to have Microsuction to remove earwax. As Goldchem is my designated pharmacy for prescription delivery it seemed the obvious choice to have it done there.My procedure involved three short visits. Two were with Pharmacist Maria and the other was with the Nurse. Both members of staff were brilliant.My husband decided to follow my example - his first appointment was today!THANK YOU GOLDCHEM - EXCELLENT SERVICE

I have just had earwax suction removal with Jose Rodriguez and found the whole experience first class. Unlike other audiology clinics offering at least a ten day wait, I was able to make an appointment the next day with Goldchem.Jose explained the whole process very clearly and I felt very confident in his ability as we started the procedure.All the wax was removed and my hearing was returned to normal.Please pass on my thanks to Jose.

I am autistic so it's not always easy to communicate with the outside world. I thought it would be appropriate to use the online review to say a big thank you to all the staff especially at the counter. This is a very busy pharmacy and they always manage to get my prescription ready quickly and accurately. I get my Covid-19 and flu jabs there too and they know what they are doing. The place is always clean, the staff dressed appropriately and organized. If I could suggest something to them is to wear name tags so it would be easier for me to call them by their names so it would be easier for me to feel more comfy talking to them. We all make mistakes but since I have started using this pharmacy, they have always been spot on with me. Many thanks to all of them again :)

This is my first time using Goldchem,For my prescriptions.Yesterday after leaving it for 8 days to pick it up.Done but lost, so I’m asked to wait 10 minutes, then told they can’t do it.They will have it delivered,Fine.So I wait in all day, didn’t arrive.Sent an email,They say they will answer shortly. ??????.
