Shop itself is nice enough, but some of the staff are quite rude and imcompetent. The Costa coffee machine had not been maintained, and is effecting the dispensed drinks. I also witnessed a staff member fake the survey at the tills designed for customers to report their satisfaction.

Excellent service and good selection of products. Bakery especially good.Staff excellent, efficient and helpful. Good knowledge of products and now working especially hard through Covid restrictions. Well done you guys. Special mention to Bruce and Kathy!! And Olivia and Gemma and...everyone really

Good friendly shop been in there many times, one thing i would change is move the bread away from the air con, as the hot air blows on it and saw mouldy bread there before

Fantastic shop, always well stocked, for a small supermarket it is great.Will not be returning however due to the rudness of the dark haired lady behind the counter today (17.01.2022.) I am both shocked and appalled by the experience that I encountered today, you would have thought someone of her age in a customer facing role, in retail none the less would have grasped the importance of politeness and not being arrogant...
