Poplars Garden Centre
Huge single storey building with many departments and concession shops inside. Great Xmas displays at this time of year. Good cafe/restaurant, but a bit pricey for what food you get. Good way to pass a few hours especially if it's cold and wet outside as you are mostly under cover.

i love visiting this garden centre for gifts, as well as things for the garden. currently got a lovely Christmas display with everything you could ever think you need. my only criticism would be that some of it feels overpriced. a lovely collection of Christmas food gifts (again some of it is quite pricey), but for special occasions it’s nice to see something differentThe cafe has a huge range of hot and cold food. I had a massive piece of chocolate chip cheesecake which was delicious!Great range in the pet department too and dogs are welcome!plenty of car parking and you could easily spend a couple of hours here if you ate too!

Poplars Garden Centre
This is my usual go to for odds and ends. It is a large garden centre, in and out. This time I went in for Christmas cards, found them easily. Came out with the cards plus a couple of house plants, and more Christmas decorations from their. Great place to dine in the restaurant. Prices are what you expect.

Well laid out, excellent and varied range of departments. The plants are great quality, looking healthy and well cared for. Staff are friendly and helpful and there's a really good restaurant. All in all a good place to spend a few hours.

Poplars Garden Centre
This Garden Centre is truly a wonderful Garden Centre though they are really welcoming and helpful the quality of house plants is great though I’m not so sure I’m completely happy with my plant i got from there. All the other plants I got were great lots of uncommon and common house plants. The staff are kind and considerate. The cafe is lovely the food tastes so good! They even have a yummy gluten free brownie and the menu shows the allergens clearly. I would totally recommend!

We usually visit Poplars to meet with various friends for a meal or just a lovely cream tea, they have a doghouse which allows us to take Molly out with us, she really loves going to Poplars and meeting the friendly staff, customers and of course our friends

Poplars Garden Centre
I love Poplars but, everything is so expensive. Its becoming out of my league, in terms of affordability. The restaurant is quite chaotic and struggles to serve in a timely manner.It is scrupulously clean and well staffed in the actual centre. A lovely array of gifts and bits and bobs...A lovely environment in so many ways.....
