Tom installed our new shower and water conditioner. After four years of scalding or freezing showers we now have a working shower. They were friendly, reliable, efficient and good value. They did the job quickly, efficiently and tidily. So nice to find good people who turn up when the say they are going to and do a good job! Highly recommend. Many thanks!

My wife contacted this company by Facebook late one night to explain our predicament with our boiler not providing hot water.We received a phone call from them first thing next morning and arranged to call out later in the day.Stuart, their engineer, phoned us to let us know when he was on the way and when he would be due to see us. He arrived as stated and quickly got to grips with our issue and fixed it. He then did all the boiler safety checks to ensure all was well. It was(wipes brow). Really impressed with these guys and can definitely recommend! Our boiler had developed a small leak and also needed its annual service. The previous company we used had ceased trading so I decided to give TP Heating Services a try after seeing some of the other glowing Google reviews they had.I'm very glad I did, as the service has been excellent. They were quick to respond to my enquiry and get me booked in. Tom, the engineer, was very professional and knowledgeable, but also really approachable and was more than happy to spend time answering all my random boiler-related questions and show me what he was doing.The boiler needed a replacement part and Tom went out of his way to call round multiple places, and then drive to Swindon and back in order to source the part, so it could be fitted the same day.Also, as someone who prefers to communicate via email/online mechanisms rather than phone calls - I appreciate that these guys have a decent online presence, compared to some other companies, and are quick to respond via email etc.

So good last year for a flue support issue, that I used them for my boiler service this time. Friendly, reliable, trustworthy, and do what they say they will do.

I booked TP Heating services in for boiler service at out home after being let down several times by our other supplier. I was truly impressed by the professionalism and polite manner that Tom handled my initial enquiry, right through to the completion of all works. Highly recommended and I will be using again. :)
