I love this salon. All the staff are so friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to book in for any of the treatments.I’m a newish customer (only discovered as my work location changed) but so so glad I did. Somewhere I can feel completely comfortable.Thank you Ladies and Gentlemen Salon.

Booked in for waxing and couldn’t have had a better experience. Leah made me feel so comfortable, especially when it came to the bikini area lol. Will definitely return in future.

I've had gel nails done previously which lasted brilliantly and my waxing done a couple of times now with Lauren and she's really confident and chatty for someone so young and new to beauty. She so friendly and makes you feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. An overall really nice experience. Xx

Had my nails done by Lauren and she was amazing so friendly and I’m over the moon with my Christmas nails I showed her a picture and she done better than the picture I showed, I only come here to get my nails done don’t go anywhere else.

I have had a variety of treatments done here, at first I was worried as the lady doing my waxing was young, but she was so lovely that I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. They also go great special offers, hence I've had so many different treatments here. Highly recommend.

So totally disappointed. I didn't even get to have the treatment I had paid £15 for up front for eyebrow wax and tint. Unfortunately on the date of my appointment I was admitted to hospital as an emergency and was a patient there for a week. I still managed to contact the salon to cancel my appointment and assumed from the reply that I could change this for a later date when I had recovered. Today I visited the salon and was told I had £7.50 credit and the remaining £7.50 was taken as a cancellation fee! On a later conversation with the manager I explained the situation but was told this was company policy, at no point was I told of any cancellation fee, and surely in the circumstances they should honour the booking but no, take the, £7.50 or take them to court! So much for customer service and compassion. Shame on you!

I used this place based on past google reviews so only far I leave mine. As a guy, I always feel abit awkward visiting a salon as its stereotype towards mostly women. They made me feel so welcome. Leah was really good and put me at ease straight away. This was my first time here as I’m new to the area. Will be using this place going forward.

First time visiting as recommended by a friend, brilliant service, friendly staff, Leigh done a beautiful set of acrylics for me, will definitely be returning!

Had a lovely back and shoulder massage with Leigh today. As well as being a really lovely lady, she listened to what I needed, and used her skill to make sure I had a tailor made experience. Highly recommended.
