Ordered the covid test from citydoc Liverpool. Tests are then done by randox which is based in Northern Ireland. You will wait the full 72 hours before getting results due to the test site also being in Northern Ireland. If you want results sooner choose a company that can test in mainland UK.

Website doesn't work, phone queue took 90 minutes to move from place 8 in the queue to place 3, it must be a pretty detailed booking process if it takes 20 minutes per person. Probably faster inventing a yellow fever vaccine myself than waiting for these lot to answer the phone
