Newgale Campsite

A great campsite and excellent amenities. It's a perfect place to stay if you love the beach! The only downside is at the time we went it was extremely windy but I guess that is expected if you're by the beach. I wouldn't return personally as I'm not a beachy person and prefer calmer weather but I wouldn't let them deter me from recommending it to someone more suited than me! Thankyou for a lovely stay. Pizza was also excellent!

Very nice friendly camp site, kept clean and tidy, also quiet enough that you didn't feel you were being disturbed by other campers. It had everything I needed for my few days stay. Absolutely great location, fantastic beach opposite the site. Also there were pizzas available on the site in the evenings and a pleasant pub serving good food and drink literally next door. I shall certainly stay here again and hopefully have a little extra time to explore more of the surround area.

Excellent basic campsite.All the usual facilities you need.No cafe, no shop, but wash facilities, very good showers (stock up on 20p and £1 coins), laundry room with fridge-freezer and phone charging, and a pizza hut!The beach is so close and it is beautiful.Very friendly and polite staff.

This is by far one of the best camp sites I have been to. The staff are amazing, they are so friendly and helpful. The location is amazing with the beach on the other side of the road. The shower/toilet block was always being cleaned and deep cleaned daily to a very good standard. No issues with noise at night and was lovely listening to the waves on the beach. The pizza van is amazing, it's about £11 for a pizza and worth it. Will definitely be coming back

Not sure what we just bought but we should have just got 2 pieces of charcoal.You couldn’t burn a base of a pizza any more if you tried.Thought we’d try pizza off the campsite van after a recommendation and reviews but they both went straight in the bin.I wouldn’t even offend the seagulls by offering it to them!Had we had checked the pizzas before driving off I would have gone back to get my £23 refunded. Absolutely shocking!I will enjoy some toast when I get home and give pizza from Newgale Campsite a miss in future.Shame because the location is perfect.*Hi Clare and Mike,Thank you for your reply and yes I didn’t think to take photos at the time as we were so disappointed when we opened the boxes, the bin was the nearer option.Not one to generally moan as we all have bad days so we’ll just put it down to a bad experience.Going by the recommendation we had and other reviews it seems we were just unlucky.All the best!

It's a campsite... not sure why Google thinks it's a hotel! Great location, welcoming team, pay per shower slight let down, but it's on the beach, with many using watersports I can see why there's a code for the loos and pay per shower. Level pitches, with stone baked fresh pizzas available and a pub next door. Overall good find.

Great site with lots of space and flat pitches. Easy access to the amazing beach. Camp fires allowed off the ground and fire pits and wood available. Close to a busy road and does get windy but nice all the same. Staff very friendly and always busy cleaning and litter picking which ensures a clean and tidy site.

Lovely clean campsite right by the sea and the pub. Staff are really friendly and always there to help. Toilet and showers are cleaned on a regular basis. We've booked again to come back next July. Thanks for making our stay so warm and welcoming.

Quite literally one of my most favourite places to be. A literal stones throw from one of the most beautiful beaches around. The campsite is spread out well so you aren't on top of eachother. The facilities are great. A campfire at night is the most relaxing thing. I cannot recommend enough! I've been countless times and we continue to go many more times!
