Central Village

Really helpful staff, fantastic location right on the edge of campus and the City Centre. There's a tesco express on on site but parking can get a bit tricky due to its central location.

Simple clean small rooms, with a good bed. Extreme noise from the local highway, and poor ventilation. Good location on campus

Stayed here for a year in a studio and as student accommodation goes it is good. The best I have ever been in. The studios are big, has a good living area too. 4 stars because it does get very warm in summer and windows don’t open much, but if you aren’t stating over summer it won’t be an issue really. Also they schedule maintenance all the time and like to clean the shower heads every few weeks for some strange reason which I never understood, which does get annoying. Also the studios are poorly insulated from the corridors so can get noisy. Needs some thought being put into the rooms re sound proofing and windows being able to open. Staff are nice enough though.

Enjoy your first year accomodation while you can. This is technically off campus but it might as well be on campus

Do you like large kitchens and neat rooms? Do you have a lot of money? Well this is the place for you!

The staff was so friendly. They are ready to help any time if we are facing any difficulties.

Great place, the closest accommodation to Roger Stevens and biology/ medicine. The rooms are all well fitted, loads of space and the staff have all been here a few years and are absolutely lovely. A small Tesco and A&E are only 30 seconds away and it's less than 5 minutes to town. Only downside is the laundry - get prepared to do it at 4am to actually stand a chance of getting it done as there's I think only 16 washers for 1000 odd people and at least 2 are always broke.

Great views from the 20th floor

Best student accommodation in the city... so close to campus and extremely modern with extremely easy access to the city with the train station only a 15 minute walk away.
