Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Gary was confident with his knowledge and explained all the features on offer. The delivery guys were friendly when my washing machine was delivered. Very happy customer. I will be using Appliance Shop again in the future.

This company has some of the best service I have EVER received from ANY company. Fast, polite, efficient and excellent products at great prices.Their employee who resolved a minor scratch issue on my Bosch microwave deserves particular praise for very professional service! Resolved the issue within minutes!I would highly recommend and will be using this company for any purchases in the future. Thank you!

We ordered an appliance through this company and have been let down massively.The appliance was due to be delivered today, which is not happening due to a supplier issue, that we were not made aware of until we called the company to request an update today. This resulted in us taking time off work and wasting money on electricians and plumbers on the expectation of the company upholding their agreed delivery date.The staff were very dismissive and rude, and claimed they emailed to inform us of the issue yesterday. We received no such email and were ultimately told it was our fault for not picking up the email" - all of which they claimed to have done the day before we were due to receive the appliance and had already made arrangements for.We have never dealt with this company before so this is not a good impression for first time customers. They appear unorganised and do not have their customers as their first priority.We have now requested a full refund which will take up to a week to receive (which was the only other option apart from waiting another 6 weeks for our appliance). So we are now left unable to order from an alternative supplier

I ordered a new oven and they phoned to say thatA) it would come on a palletB) they wouldn't bring it inside - I only needed it brought into the hallway out of the rain. This was despite me telling them that I have a spinal condition that prevents me lifting such heavy items, and they declined to make a reasonable adjustment as required under the Equality Act 2010C) they couldn't tell me which date it was going to come on, let alone what time, so I couldn't arrange for my builder to be here or my partner to take time off work.Naturally if they left it on my driveway in the rain and it got ruined they'd wash their hands of me.Asked for a cancellation and got told it will take 3 working days for a refund, so that's an extra 3 days without a vital appliance.AVOID unless you are a strapping healthy young man who can single handedly move a big appliance, and also permanently work from home so you can wait in for days at a time.

Very professional and helpful, excellent service from start to finish. Rang the shop and with in 24 hours we had our new microwave oven and gas hob, after wren had failed to deliver them for our new kitchen refit. Would definitely recommend this company, they even have happy and helpful delivery drivers.

ordered a new fridge freezer came same day and was installed the delivery men left , i moved our kitchen mat to see a large piece of our floor had been damaged and then just covered, no mention at all. rang up to try and solve the issue to be told they told my mum and her ‘ husband ‘ about it ( it was only her here and she has no husband ) and to basically take it to small claim court. rude over phone and didn’t care less

My dishwasher had broken down for the third time (not bought from here). My husband ordered a dishwasher from appliance shop, it was delivered same day!!!! I was given a time slot of delivery. The driver was friendly, very chatty and took the dishwasher to the kitchen which wasn’t an easy task. The member of staff I spoke to over the phone before ordering the dishwasher was extremely helpful. If I ever needed an appliance again I would go here. Excellent service and customer services.
