Nice company . Its a private Opthalmology eye clinic. My daughter works there as a translater. Staff are nice.However directions to this place are incorrect and wastes 10 mims when we followed directions . Google needs to correct that

Sharing my mum's experience here. She went yesterday to be greeted with a very abrupt female doctor who couldn't have been less interested in listening. She couldn't pronounce my mum's name, she wasn't interested in listening & told my mum to be quiet when she asked anything. All round a very upsetting experience. However the minibus driver was lovely.

Had right eye op January 23. Supplied them with current medications. Drops post op was allergic to. Also 3 day post op medication made me unwell. Delayed op on left eye due to numerous visitsHad left eye op in August 23 again supplied list of medications. After op was given same drops as previous as they did not check history. Three day supply of oral tables also given same. Had to go by ambulance to Warwick Hospital. Spent a day and night there where was told three day supply of meds had conflicted with current medication.ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR THIS. BAD MANAGEMENT. POORLY TRAINED STAFF.Complained and said they would investigate but have heard nothing from them for 3 months!!

Even 1 star is to high a score, I have been trying to ring to re-schedule and appointment since Friday only to hear the repetitive reply sorry all staff are busy". I have had a text reply to a message I wrote in effect thanking me for contacting you and inviting me to ring. If I cannot re-arrange my appointment that will be another waste of your resources."
