Bunch of rip offs try and undercharge you at any time they can when you try and sell your items ywt they then sell f or double the price. Staff have no clue what they are doing or even glhow yo grade stuff. Definitely avoid!!!

I was in the shop with my son who was having problems with his Switch (purchased elsewhere). He has some communication difficulties but the two ladies were absolutely brilliant. They listened carefully, were respectful and offered good advice. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back. Xx

people only go here when they are desperate. i have a few storys but my recent one, i had a brand new phone that had been in a case and protector since i brought it from argos.... not a mark on it.. they said it was a grade b!! id only had it about 3 months. i brought a grade b phone from the one in reading and decided it was too small for my liking so i took it to the newbury one to sell and they said it was a grade a.... it had light scratches. my partner got a free watch with a phone he got from ee, he wore it once and didnt like it so took it to cex, we joked about saying theyll say its a grade b or c and when we get there.. guess what.... he saw marks..that wernt there. grade b. put it up on fb and sold it later that day. youd think i learnt my lesson sooner to not get phones from there.. ive had about 5 out of 7 phones not work from there and got taken back.

If it wasn't for CeX, I wouldn't be around today. That's why I thank my parents everyday for discovering CeX, and for introducing me to it. CeX shaped my childhood and continues to in adult life, to the point where one day I hope to work there. Then I could finally live out my dream of getting people to try out CeX (PS: it's better than GameStop)

Good store for trading in electronic goods, fair dealing, from the friendly helpful staff, offers include cash or shop vouchers, would use again...
