I bought wheel trims from Bars4Cars but ordered the incorrect size. Upon contacting them, theywere extremely helpful and friendly and exchanged them without any fuss at all. Many thanks tothis supplier who obviously have saved me a lot of money.

Got some car paint at a really good price, wasn't sure about the colour and customer service advisor was so helpful. Product arrived in 2 days and was perfect.

Placed an order for product that showed as in stock, a couple of days later I get an email saying product not actually in stock and order cancelled. The payment was made out of my PayPal account but 2 weeks later I still have not received my refund. I contacted their customer services who said it had been refunded to PayPal. I sent them a screenshot of my PayPal transactions clearly showing no refund but they refuse to do anything else despite the evidence I've given them. They don't even provide evidence of their refund to PayPal and their emails to me say cancelled ebay order despite it being an order through their own website. Sounds fishy ? Don't throw your money away with this company, I'm out of pocket with no product and no help from the company. Steer clear ! I've had to complain to Trading Standards. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Placed order for collection. No reply to any messages. Phone number goes straight to answer phone. I drove in total an hour only to find out they sold me an item that they don't have in stock. Waste of (expensive) fuel, and has cost me the price of an MOT test as well.

SO HAPPY WITH MY ITEM, this business goes above and beyond to make sure their customers looked after, very efficient service will definitely be buying again

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!Ordered an awning through their Ebay store.Not received, no communication from them. I've escalated the claim with Paypal. Still no response from the company.Tried ringing the shop. The phone number does not work.Next step is with small claims court. If I don't get a full refund.

Ordered 12 aerosol tins of satin black paint. Sent gloss. They didn't believe me so I sent photos. Now they expect me to return the paint they sent incorrectly before they will sent what I ordered and paid for. I do not want 12 tins of black gloss paint.I have been robbed.

Was hoping for assistance finding some bars for an oddball car but came up against one of the least helpful sales prevention people ever, if it ain't in the eBay compatibility chart ( and we know how reliable that isn't) then you've no chance. Wouldn't even get a set from stock that I thought might work to show me.

Completely dissatisfied with this company.Ordered some H1 bulbs from their Amazon store front at a cost of £12.30 ish and recieved H7 bulbs with a value of £7.00.I have tried calling the number provided three times, sent two emails and heard nothing back.I'm not bothering to return the H7s as I will keep them as spares - I just want the difference refunded and never to deal with this company again.A note to their response...The email from Amazon came this evening, shortly before you posted your reply. Funny that. I'm not bothered about the money - more annoyed you can't tell the difference between H1 and H7 bulbs or answer your telephone.
