What a cracking service, great job gave options on the replacement part and fixed my Rog laptop in two days.

I phoned these guys for some advice and they were able to tell me how to fix my PC over the phone and with no charge. This is an honest company and deserves the highest credit for this. Thank you guys. I have purchased from you before and will continue to do so . Kevin Marsden (Alltrades)

Excellent service. Within 24 hours had diagnosed my laptop problem, discussed possible solutions with me, installed a bigger and better hard disc and a newer and faster version of Windows. Will definitely go back if I have any other IT problems.

I had a problem with a PC I'd built myself. Wasn't able to get it to boot up. I knew the fix. Anthony knew his stuff he did a few checks on his side and gave me options. Later that day I popped in I handed over my new baby. Few hours later he'd gone over it top to bottom. Sadly wasn't able to fix but he gave me great advice and some other possible fixes I could try myself. He also mentioned a few things I'd missed whilst building it (fans the wrong way) such a great customer experience. If I have any other issues I will be knocking on his door again. Made a really dumb mistake with my Motherboard and didn't use the right screws, dropped off my computer here and they responded quite swiftly within a few hours and managed to locate the problem, gave me decent instructions to stop the issue, and offered me optional extras like another fan to allow better airflow in my case for quite cheap. Overall the experience was great and the cost was just short of £30 including some new screws, screw standoffs and some blanking plates to slightly improve cooling/airflow

Got a VGA light indicating GPU issue on motherboard. VFM confirmed this and assisted with fitting new GPU. Friendly, fast and affordable service!

Having only a limited amount of computer skills I was worried that I might be swamped with tech jargon when I took my elderly laptop in for a revamp. This was not the case as I was met with great customer service and understanding. A phone call to keep me posted on the progress was also appreciated. A final call to tell me everything was complete enabled me to pick the laptop up with an explanation of work completed and a reassurance to contact them if I had any worries/queries when back at home. Thank you again to Anthony and Co for an all-round great service experience. I recommend this company to all.
