The best night out in Belfast. The staff are incredible, the venue is top class and the whole experience is educational and fun. I turned up as a non cocktail drinker and I left wondering why I’ve been ordering the same drink at the bar forever. I’m definitely going to experiment more going forward. I would HIGHLY recommend this for all sorts of groups - friends, families and colleagues. Big thank you to the two Phils for a fantastic evening!

We did Sensorium yesterday and we all had our minds blown by just how little we knew about taste. We loved the experience of getting to know our taste better and the drinks served throughout were delicious. Paul led us through it with charm, wit and professionalism. A brilliantly fun, informative and, with 4 impressive cocktails served on it, good value experience. Would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the Belfast by the Glass unusual drinks. I really liked the host - his easy going explanations and chat made the whole experience feel like the very best of Belfast - proud but not aloof, interesting but not in-your-face. This city deserves The Spirit Circle - embrace it, support it, buy a ticket and experience Belfast’s positivity at its very best.

We had a brilliant evening at The Spirit Circle trying out The Sensorium! We got four different drinks and were entertained with lots of challenges and tasks to complete. A really interesting and fun evening, I’ll definitely be back!Thank you to our host Phil and the team behind the drinks!

A really novel experience. Amazing knowledge from the staff, and so passionate about what they did. A really enjoyable few hours where me and my fiancé learnt something! Would highly recommend, esp if you’re into your drinks!
