I visited this shop approx May 2023. To purchase a bed. My first words to the lady was I don't want memory foam".Foolishly I never checked the detail and was indeed sold a memory foam. I phoned 6 months later to say I was told lies and was told by.a very arrogant owner I could do what I liked
