I have just had a Schmidt kitchen fitted. I found the whole experience from entering the showroom to the final meeting to check all was completed very professional. Ian at the showroom advised and helped us through the process from start to finish. Great service and support. Our kitchen was fitted by Darren who did a brilliant job and was really helpful would definitely recommend him to any body having a Schmidt kitchen fitted. Overall I would highly recommend Schmidt.

We are really pleased with our new kitchen. Ian was a pleasure to work with throughout, he came up with a great design, maximising the storage space in our awkward shaped Victorian-era room and working within our budget. We had shopped around in advance and this was by far the best design we saw. Ian took the time to meet with our kitchen fitter to ensure that everything went smoothly. The quality of the units is fantastic and we now have a kitchen which is both highly functional and aesthetically pleasing. Thank you Ian and team!

From the minute I walked into Schmidt showroom the journey has been nothing but first class. Andrew Dibble who was our kitchen designer had gone out of his way and beyond to make this kitchen exactly how I wanted it. His expertise in design and planning has become overwhelming and first class, he took the stress and strain out of the planning from start to finish.Schmidt aren’t just any normal kitchen company. They pride themselves on their exceptional customer service as well as their superior level of after care service. What I received was well above anything that I could have ever expected. I really can’t recommend them and especially Andy Dibble enough. Jevon Sullivan the fitter recommended by Schmidt was beyond excellent. His precision and care to fit the kitchen was hugely magnificent. The care and experience for the whole package was truly amazing.Thank you so much Andy, Jevon and Schmidt.

Our property was completely stripped out following a flood and, after a year without a kitchen, we were keen to get a replacement underway. We approached a few kitchen companies for quotes but were disappointed with what felt like a complete lack of interest on the part of the reps and the initial appointments we were offered were weeks away. It was a different experience when we went to Schmidt in Norwich. Scott was really approachable and enthusiastic without there being any hard sell. After listening to what we were looking for, Ian produced wonderful plans which really took on board our style and gave us all the extras we asked for whilst keeping within our budget.We were kept up-to-date with production progress and on the day of delivery Ian attended the property, along with our own installer, to check that every component was right. Delivery was faultless with nothing missing or broken. Although we used our own installer, Ian was always available to deal with any queries and came along at the end to check that everything had been done correctly and to our satisfaction. We have also received follow up calls to check that there are no problems.The kitchen is beautiful, the layout works perfectly and the fittings are of exceptional quality. Having worked in it now for 5 months there is nothing we would change and it is still a pleasure to use. We can’t recommend Ian and Scott highly enough - they provided us with a seamless, stress-free experience and a fabulous Schmidt kitchen.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. Ian listened carefully to our requirement’s and designed a kitchen which definitely had the wow factor. The kitchen was delivered on time and the quality of the products were first class. We love the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Schmidt kitchens to friends and family.

We went to Ian at Schmidt with our idea of a dream kitchen and our budget, and he absolutely delivered. We are delighted with our new kitchen from Schmidt!It was a pleasure to work together with Ian from the Norwich branch, who came up with a sleek design using Schmidt's extra deep drawers -- negating the need for any wall units at all and really opening up the space.Our fitter attests that the quality of the kitchen is first rate, and far superior to those supplied by other kitchen companies.My favourite feature is the larder tower, which easily stores all of our fresh and dry food, oils, spices and makes them all easy to grab.We were very impressed by the service from Schmidt also. The team were always helpful and available over the phone right through from design to delivery, installation and aftercare.We also highly appreciated the transparent pricing and lack of pushiness and are confident that our kitchen offers fantastic value for money.

I am delighted with our Schmidt kitchen that was fitted earlier this year and can't recommend them highly enough. We had looked at a couple of different companies beforehand, but felt the Schmidt choice and quality far exceeded the others. Ian was great to work with; he understood our needs and designed something that incorporated everything we wanted within budget and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to choosing the appliances. I am so glad we chose the Dekton worktop, it is so hard wearing and looks fabulous.The entire process was pretty seamless from start to finish and Scott, Carrie and the team were all very patient when I kept popping in the shop to try out colour swatches. A special mention must also be given to Darren our kitchen fitter, he was brilliant! A perfectionist and a very skilled craftsman.

From the very first moment we popped in the Norwich store we knew that Schmidt offered something different. We were blown away by the clean lines and stylish finishes but it soon became clear that the real difference with Schmidt is the people. Ian was 100% on board from the start - helping with design, queries and just about any question we could throw at him. Complete professionalism with genuine thoughtfulness throughout. Installation was smooth as silk. Darren was phenomenal and provided a skilful and friendly service even with both grandad’s watching intently! We are thrilled with the design - yes, the bar area is amazing. I admit it. It’s phenomenal!!!! Yes, the hideaway toaster cupboard is amazing and yes, the cat loves her bespoke feeding area. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ian and Schmidt - if you are reading this and you need reassurance that Schmidt is the right decision - here it is. Immediate and absolute reassurance from us!!

The whole experience with Schmidt was flawless from start to finish. Having never designed a new kitchen from scratch Ian navigated us confidently through the process; we weren’t in a hurry, so had time on our side to consider design decisions of which Ian was very patient. The consultations with Ian were always productive, helped by looking and feeling the products in the showroom.Once we’d finalised our kitchen Ian kept us updated with regards delivery to tie in with our building project and was present on delivery day to check all was in order. We used our own fitters, but Ian provided all the installation packs and was on hand to answer any questions.We’ve since recommended Schmidt to friends and wouldn’t hesitant to continue to do so. Very impressed and delighted with the outcome, the design, quality and finish.
