The worst experience in my life !!!!!! I was booked for nail extensions! Not only this lady was late for half hour her attitude was so bad it was more like she was the client and not me ! She made me feel so uncomfortable,she was rude when i would say something she won’t even look ! And my nails are awful please avoid this place I

Booked for my nails, after going there, I have been told that they can't remove my nails and apply a new gel color because I got it done somewhere else, I don't understand???? I was 5 minutes late I agree with that, but I have explained over the phone about my powdered nail removal and I have been told extra £5 charges for that and Total £35 with everything ( over the phone) with 1 hour whole process. The way you replied is not not true, and I haven't apologize for anything. Because I was clear from my end over the phone and face to face, you guys didn't wanted to remove my gel nails which was done somewhere else. You could have said over the phone, I wasted my time coming there. Anyway, I got it done with Apollo nails, even though my previous nails weren't from them.

Very disappointedThey don't have enough material to do the nails, so they have to lend the material to each other. The person who did my nails is very clumsy, she hurts and she botches the work.She doesn't file very well. And the varnish is not uniform. The price is expensive for a service that was badly done.Maybe for the other services they offer they are competent but the nails I don't recommend...——And I refused because it's obvious that she's not competent and that she wouldn't know how to fix itShe was already thinking of removing the gel with nail polish remover instead of filing directly with the machine... and I've already made two remarks to her but she says that the imperfections won't show. The base of my nails was not filed properly, that's why you can see the imperfections through. It has nothing to do with the colour I chose...

After more than two years of doing my lashes at Bayleigh’s there has not been one set I have been disappointed in. She has always been professional and is very friendly, the environment is very welcoming it. She never fails to disappoint.

I absolutely love going into Hollys, as soon as you walk in the door, all the Ladies are so friendly and warm and inviting. Poppy does my nail treatments both manicure and pedicure, the standard of her work is outstanding, my nails and toes look amazing. I have my facials done with Danielle who is the best beautician ever, she has worked miracles with my skin every month. The salon is so very clean and professional, I would and have done totally recommended Hollys to everyone. Thank you Ladies.
