Smile is a professional and friendly agency to work for and I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering supply teaching! My consultant Hannah is amazing, she is approachable and quick to reply to any queries. Long term supply was found for me straight away.Chelsea is also another fantastic team member who again is professional and quick to reply to any concerns.Overall I’m so glad I chose Smile to begin my teaching profession!

Smile Education has been a great place for me to start working as a supply teacher. She is very pleasant and easy to talk to, answering any questions that I have, and is very considerate towards what kind of work preferences that I want. After I graduated with a BA in Primary Education with QTS this summer I was unsure as to how I wanted to proceed, I decided to try Supply for a while and have had a great experience so far. I began working for Smile in September 2023. My experience has been fantastic! I was signed up from back in the Summer and ready to go for September. Since the third week in September I have had work everyday except maybe 2.Emma works tirelessly to ensure your specifications are met, that the schools you attend suit you. She has your booking sheets sent out as soon as she’s confirmed so you know exactly what you’re doing. Although I’m on a day to day basis, I know what I’m doing in advance which is really helpful. I can only recall once being called at the last minute to cover. I cannot sing Emma’s praises enough. She’s brilliant at her job. Also, the umbrella company they work with are second to none so no problems with pay. They are efficient and match Emma’s work ethic. I cannot recommend Smile enough. I’ve had a positive experience and hope to continue working with them for a good while to come.

Smile Education has helped me improve my confidence in being a teacher once completing university as I have been provided with work in a variety of settings and training courses like safeguarding and behaviour management.
