Lunchtime treat when in the area.. Good portion size and very tasty. Battered butchers sausage was nice. Order on entry as all but the chips are cooked fresh to order. Can't get better than that.

Moved into the area this week so thought give local chippy a tryvery busy Friday night, staff very friendly food was freshmy only issue is size portion of the regular chips for £2.50 per portion just enough one sandwich in small packetother than that the experience was a good one, chipshop costs gone through roof but fair portion chips what you expect.

Over near Wrangle away for the week with family. Tried this place for the first time. Not sure why there are any poor reviews about quality or potion size as we found the whole experience amazing. Nice fish & chip shop, very clean and good decor. Very friendly staff. Food cooked to order, short wait but was well worth it. Large cod were large! Large chips were large!! and the peas, gravey and curry sides were lovely.Well done Greyfriars and thank you for our lovely family meal.
