I have worked with Acutec for many years now over multiple companies. They have always been there for us whenever we needed them. Recently they notified me of a potential vulnerability in our Exchange server and under extremely difficult circumstances manged to provide an excellent service and hopefully prevented a major situation occurring. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a professional service.

I want to put a complaint forward to a Individual who was very unprofessional and the individual name was “Meddy” I asked for a question to which she responded very unprofessionally when asked about her position in the company she refused to provide any details and was unexceptionally rude.Date of incident:08/09/2023
