Bought my Golf a few weeks ago and can not recommend these guys enough!! Nothing was a bother to Joe and the guys. Such a smooth sale- will be back!!

This car dealership deserves 0 stars. In September 2022 they sold me a car that had illegal fuel (Kerosene) in the tank. When I went to view and test drive the car I could smell something strange but was assured that it would be rectified prior to handover. Nothing of the sort happened. I only had the car for a few days and it had to take it back due to strong fumes getting into the interior. They diagnosed faulty injector seals and replaced them. A few days later after getting the car back 2 of the injectors failed completely making it very dangerous to drive. It took them over 2 weeks to get the parts and replace them. They were so incompetent that they had to get a Mercedes-Benz engine specialist in to do it even though they used to sell and service these cars.(Infiniti) I was given a 2 year warranty with this car and it isn't worth the paper it is written on as Mervyn Stewart has now decided that they aren't taking anything to do with the Infiniti brand anymore leaving me with a car that I can't get parts for. Also having spoken to other mechanics they have advised me that this car must have been run on pure Kerosene for most of its life hence the failure of the injectors. On the day of the handover the car wasn't even valeted and I saw the car being driven by a Salesman up in Dunmurry when I was on my way down to collect it. When I asked the reason why he tried to spin me a story that Boucher Road fuel prices were too high. I also complained to the owner Steven Stewart about how I was suspicious about the history of this car and he basically just contradicted everything that I said. I am now left out of pocket and will be taking legal action. BUYER BEWARE ⚠️

This place are an absolute joke, I was looking a motibilty car on the 4th off march 2023, I went into the showroom and was meet by a salesman William, he was very friendly and I picked a car with no deposit. William then informed me that the waiting time for the car would be 20 weeks, I said no thanks I was looking something sooner. As I went to walk away another sales man came out off his office and told me that if I paid a 395 pound deposit I could get the next model up in 10 weeks. So I paid the deposit and signed the paperwork. Now yesterday 18 may 2023 I rang to be told that the car will not be here until September. People will a disability in my opinion should me more than a number on a spreadsheet trying to make up sales, it's a bit off independence for us. The only reason that I gave 1 star was because William was a nice guy to deal with and I would advise anyone looking a motibilty car from here to steer well clear

I saw a car on the internet and phoned up to enquire about it. My call was promptly returned by Joe (sales). I arranged a test drive and i found the car was exactly as described. All my questions were answered during the buying process and i was kept well informed at all stages. I felt none of the usual high pressure sales ,that i have at other dealers , and I am more than happy with the car and the way I was dealt with by Joe. I would definitely consider using Mervyn Stewart again based on this experience.

I enquired about a car over the weekend via the internet, Joe rang me on Monday morning and within two days I had a test drive and bought the car.The help and friendliness from Joe was next to none and cannot praise the guy enough, nothing was too much trouble and he answered any questions I had, extremely professional, friendly and down to earth gentleman.if you are looking a new car give Joe a call at Mervyn Stewart you will not be disappointed.
