We canceled an appointment to wait in for the deliveryMy wife was at the door as the van reversed up the road, She went to the door. The driver never got out of the van , sat for a while and then drove off without getting out of the van.I then got a text to say that he had “Missed us” He did however have time to take a photo of the front of the house. As is on the web site!

Christmas present never delivered, they just said we'd missed delivery everytime (we didn't as we were always in and have a video doorbell). Failed to deliver on 5 different days. I contacted customer services to provide additional information to help the driver, including land marks, a phone number to ring if the driver was having trouble, and also a what3words geolocation of our front door so they couldn't miss it. Still no delivery. Now I can't give my mum her Christmas present this year. Utterly useless. I have had no problem with royal mail, hermes etc delivering to the house

Parcel not delivered excuse driver couldn't find address. Utter rubbish it is on a street off a main rd. Every other dpd driver has been able to find it.

Waiting in for our collection had texts giving us collection times, only to find out we have been lied to, tried to collect and was advised the collection was not ready yeh right look at the photo of 10 boxes outside waiting for you !!!Such a dreadful company with the worst possible customer service , use at your own peril

Would have given no star if could.Paid x for next day delivery.Knew I would pos not be in so put instructions on delivery and left note over letter box so could not miss it.IF NOT IN .DO NOT CARD.(UNDERLINED)LEAVE WITH NEIGHBOUR.URGENT MEDICALWas carded said not answer from neighbours.NOTE3 retired1 house wife andone working from home.Or put otherwise to much of hurry to be bothered to try a neighbour.RECIEVED AT 3.30PM A DAY LATE.In a word USELESS AND LAZY.I used to do the job and if i was so lazy I would have been in the managers office with things to answer to.

Tried to deliver at 7.15 in the morning but no card left and picture they took wasn't anywhere near. When asked for more info they said driver will come back to deliver. 6 hours later called again to see if still coming due to being delivered at work get told no will be another day - poor service - poor customer service that don't have a clue what there doing don't advertise next day delivery and charge for ot if you can't do it simple

DPD are in my opinion worse than Evri nowadays, I try to avoid both like the plaque but unfortunately some my parcels are too large and DPD are one the few left who accept them.Anyway I had a parcel booked in for collection ,Tracking was showing driver getting closer, So I go and sit in my van to wait (as parcel is was large and in the back of my van) After a while I check tracking and it says Couldn't collect as was Closed"So for starters I was in my van waiting and secondly it is a residential building not a buisness so cannot be "Closed" but if the driver had actually arrived they would have known this

Absolutely terrible. Delivery slots are pointless as they are in the day when you're at work. Now I have missed 2 deliveries and the only option I have is to rearrange for the following Monday. Of course I will be at work again and not get my parcel. The local depot is 5 mins away, why can't I just pick up from there? I have tried contacting them through WhatsApp and no reply. I have tried calling but no answer. . They just send you around in an automated circle. I just want my parcel!

Let me put it this way: we stopped buying items from websites that use DPD.Update 25/2/2022: They managed to fail on yet another delivery today. They never showed up anywhere near our building - I was waiting for them again on the street. Impossible to contact them (the Call option on their app returns an error message, the bot is, you know, a bot) . The item is vital for my work (a replace screen, I am a home-worker), which now will be delivered three days later. Next shop added to our list of no-buy because of DPD: Currys.On a dozen of occasions they have failed to deliver and find our home (it is difficult to miss a 7-floor-high building). We came to know their level of service and started waiting for them at the door, but they never show up. Their latest achievement: the driver drove past us without making an effort to stop, but we did receive the 'Oh-oh, we missed you' message promptly.

Can you please tell your drivers to stop blocking my driveway. Happened on few occasions. Worst thing is, they always try to argue with me instead of simply apologize. They need proper customer service training.
