Beautiful jewellery, great choice and very friendly, helpful staff. They even repaired and posted my watch to me in the Netherlands after I dropped it off while visiting family. Excellent service.

Sally and all the team at A A Thorntons are absolutely fabulous - professional yet friendly !I recently had a ring set redesigned and they were so helpful, keeping me updated every step of the way so that I had input into the settings.I would definitely recommend them for this type of work and also for the wonderful range of items, jewellery and gifts, that they have in store.Sally - I can't thank you enough for all your hard work and the utterly beautiful result.

No updates of when my jewellery would be finished. When I contacted myself I was told multiple dates. I went into the store on the exact day I was told it would be ready to be told it wasn’t there they’d had no post. A middle aged woman with absolutely no customer service. She was ignorant rude and no help what so ever. A young man did join in the conversation to correct her saying they had had post just unfortunately my ring wasn’t in there. He was much politer, I also dealt with him when I did eventually collect my ring and he was very informative.
