Hoo Post Office

Trying to get through on the phone for 2 days and no one is answering. Terrible service cannot cannot make a complaint.

Post office was closed but, the staff were still happy to help

No longer there has moved to spar

New setup in the Spar shop. We use their services on a regular basis.

Useless... I live on the marina and since our office doesn’t except parcels we relied on this local office to get our deliveries, they now won’t for some reason except our parcels, other shops have bid to take on the service and provide us the service, but they have won it back which is useless to me and the hundreds of others that live just a mile away..it’s now down to the main sorting office which is two towns over and a royal pain to get to. The Post Office used to be a local service and now it seems it’s only to provide that if it’s not too much hassle... I’ll be avoiding the Spar which took this stance and encourage any locals that can to do the same !
