Sarah has been absolutely fantastic throughout my experience of being fitted for hearing aids. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the process and product, and the aftercare has been brilliant. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I had such a positive experience with Sarah. She was so welcoming and friendly. She put me at ease, asked me about my history and current issues and clearly explained the process to me. Had an amazing experience on Friday 09/12/22 ... Sarah was fantastic she first of all met me on Monday 05/12/22 and my left ear was very blocked with wax and she gave me some ear drops to use and booked me in again for the Friday after and cleared my ear .. I feel so much better thank you and I fully rec her

Sarah saved my Xmas with care and humour after pharmacists and GPs had just let my increasing deafness slide, even though they knew what the issue was. She was worried it would take more than one session but persevered till it was all gone. Life was suddenly so LOUD! Also when I asked her how often I would need it redone she answered honestly that I might never need to. Most places would have insisted on a second appointment straight away. Great service and serious value for the remarkable results.

Just had an appointment there after 4+ weeks of not being able to hear - I can now! I recommend 100%, and best £60 I've spent. Very reasonable price for the professional service offered, even worked on my right ear when that wasn't the problem, and some handy advice chucked in too! If you live locally and have any ear issues, come here, that's my advice! :)

Sarah is great at what she does, always very knowledgable and ensuring that you are at ease. I was slightly nervous the first time I went for treatment, but Sarah talked me through the whole process and I felt completely relaxed and looked after. Would definitely recommend to anyone with ear troubles!

I get really bad wax build up and I never learn not to use ear buds.I have been going to Hardie Hearing for a number of years now and every time its first class service and always a good chat too
