Every time I’ve been in this shop I’ve been treated like rubbish! the staff I’ve been served by have always been rude and mannerless! They just scan the item and give it to me without conversation or even a smile, they seem very sarcastic and miserable. I’d be surprised if I walked in there and was greeted by a happy polite member of staff.

When I was purchasing my trainers the sales guy chatted to his colleague and told her that my shoe choice was aweful...right in front of me. If you want slow and rude service that's definitely the place to go

I bought these trainers to use a credit note from a previous returned product. Whilst I am fairly pleased with my trainers, I do find it difficult to get the attention of staff members, I think JD should employ more staff. Which is why I have allocated 3 star.

Terrible experience today, long story short.. the staff kept gathering in back room talking about selling a pacific shoe to me and was rude when they came back out trying to say the system had a fault then after was told they was in stock and 10 minutes later they said they will not sell to me. Pathetic team in there and they need to know about customer service.

So unprofessional. The girl that reluctantly served us was wearing a black unitard, it was SO see through and inappropriate she may aswell have not been wearing clothes. If I wore this to work I’d be turned away. Shameful on JD as a company to allow your staff to paint such a horrific picture of the company. To add to it, the young woman was very rude. Never shopping here again. Avoid at all cost!!!!!!

Great price for the trainers i bought. Service was very good, staff checked in and kept behind the till so I didn't need to walk around with a box.
