Avoid this company. They do not honour their warranty.They serviced handpiece which went faulty within 2 months. They refused to repair giving the well used excuse that it hadn't been oiled. We have a thorough maintenance routine and rarely have handpieces go faulty.Do not use this untrustworthy company

Hi,I've got a power pack that drives a power tool used in horse dentistry. (Not purchased from Mi-Tec)I had a problem with it recently, so contacted Mi-Tec. Emails were answered within minutes, and the spare part despatched the same day.It seems rare to get such fantastic customer service these days. Well done Scott at Mi-Tec, thank you for your help.
