Wheelchair charger broke when we were in Edinburgh so went and my boyfriend bought a new charger here at 15:45 just before they closed. Friendly nice staff helped immediately and I charged my wheelchair ready for Edinburgh castle. Charger very speedy and got less hot than the old one which I had only used 4 times.

Rented a scooter for my nan whilst in Edinburgh. Staff were friendly and the battery on the scooter was brilliant. We did nearly 25km and it still had battery at the end of the night.

Friendly, family run business that went the extramile to ensure my family and mother (who needed a wheel chair), had the best day in Edinburgh. These guys have a huge amount of equipment and couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. From the lady that answered the phone to Keith and his fellow colleagues. Phoned to enquire, I was advised and a rise and recline chair delivered within the week (a choice of chairs came to pick from). You have kept our 90 year old house bound family member at home and for that, we can't thank you enough.

Terrible Customer Service.Left the store after 3 minutes due to bad attitude of the sales assistant. Went in on 14th October 2022 and with the full intention of purchasing of a recliner chair. I knew exactly what I needed but was so put off by the gentleman’s unfriendly tone and abrupt manner I left the shop and took my £1700 budget with me.I fully understand that sales assistants are there to advise , however not listening to and talking over me is just bad customer service.I try my best to support local business but sometimes big corporations do it so much better.Avoid this place

10year mattress guarantee after having the mattress 5months falling out of bed due to it going soft but label states firm after service dreadful rude manager in Bathgate now require Managing Director Mr Laing to please resolve this upsetting situation.

Bought a chair for my mum. Staff in shop were brilliant. Was informed chair would be delivered and old one taken away. Was so disappointed when home called to say old chair hadn’t been taken away.

Excellent customer service providing a wide range of goods. After purchasing here I found the “exact” same item for sale for £1200 less, yes you heard right £1200 cheaper. I’m all for businesses making profit, but because your client base is predominately the disability market it is not a licence to do them over. I now know why they smile when you arrive…….I would strongly recommend checking your item online before committing to purchase, you might just save yourself a large fortune.
