Just had a service for my Giant E-bike i had a great service from this place, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and give great advice. The price was really reasonable and they even washed my bike as part of the service. I would definitely recommend Afan y blast for all aspects of MTB . P.s the cafe upstairs is brilliant as well.

Awesome place to visit, Jeff and Alison are really lovely people they will do the upmost to make you feel at home.The bike shops well stocked with anything you would ever need.They are always very helpful if you need any work done on your bike and will always offer a first rate service.

Jeff and Allison are absolute legends and you can't get a better stocked and more helpful trail centre. It's a nice place to camp and the cafe is great. The trails themselves are vast, gnarly and a great challenge for intermediate to fully advanced riders. I keep coming back!

What can I say about this place . Exceptional service and customer care. Miles better than any of the so called leading shops . Had some great chats with the guys as well. While a mainline dealer somehow couldn’t do what I wanted , Geoff had it done with no problems at all. I have had full service done here . Electrics done on bike , mechanics on gearing and tyre changes . Any thing I have needed Geoff has sourced and come back to me so quick . Love going here for a chat as well. Keep up the good work guys .

Geoff, bike hire/shop, and Alison, cafe, are the most lovely people you might hope to meet. Myself and my 11 year old hired bikes last week and had quite an adventure. The bikes were excellent and well maintained. We were given excellent advice and support which went over and above. We will remember this day and the kindness shown to us for a very long time. Thank you both.

Can't rate this place enough. We phoned to try and hire two bikes and two kids seats, they only had one kid seat but said they would try and find another seat for us and phone us back, sure enough 20 minutes later they had got another one for us. The guy there is so friendly and helpful, we wanted to get a new helmet for our oldest boy and he tried loads but none were quite the right size, he didn't try and get us to buy one that wasn't right so he just lent us a spare for the day. He took the time to tell us exactly where we should go and where was good to stop for food. We ended up buying a kids shotgun seat when we returned the bikes (due to him taking the time to explain it all and him having used it personally, which he then offered to fit to a bike for us to try if we wanted to come another day whilst we were on holiday. So friendly, knowledgeable and brilliant with the kids would 100% recommend!

What Jeff doesn't know about bikes isn't worth knowing. The blokes a legend so helpful so friendly and hi on life. Rest assured that your in good hands in this shop and won't ever get ripped off you'll just get professional help. Not many people like this around
