Appreciate they may be short staffed, but this is the second time I've come to donate at the weekend but found they are not accepting as short staffed. Surely just put it in the back and sort in the week?

The prices here are literally insane, £7.20 for a baby swimsuit?! £4.80 for baby trousers, £2.60 for one pair of baby leggings out of a multipack. Massive, new store but they’ve chosen not to put a fitting room in.

Bought a table from Monks Cross York Store We were asked if wanted it delivered which will be easier for us. It’s arrived with deep scratches with fresh sawdust over the table from the new scratches. Spoke to the store manager no apology. Well it was like that when you bought it. Actually, no it wasn’t it might needed a light sand but that’s all. It’s occurred during delivery. The worst comment he made was we can give you a refund but not the paid delivery refund and won’t be able to re sell it!! No really. Does that mean you admit that they’re damaged by delivery But I’ve got to fix a deeply gouged table top. Apology would have been nice. Hope you like the ikea glass table we donated to you

Great place for records CDs books 2nd hand clothes furniture and many more things really worth a visit

The shop is massive, this is the biggest charity shop I have visited.

I really don't know how these people sleep at night. Prices are nothing short of despicable, second hand junk which costs more than if you bought it brand new.

I went into the store to determine if they wanted a large display unit, even showed a photograph of the unit. They said yes and arranged a day to collect only for the pick up guys to refuse saying they did not want large units of furniture.I have wasted my time and could have given it to another person but wanted to help the charity out.You need to train the shop personal on want is accepted.Very disgruntled
