Member for 6months or so. Can’t fault the gym, good equipment and really friendly helpful staff. For a smaller gym they seem to always be trying to upgrade and get new equipment.I only leave because of work commitments, I’ll hope to be back soon.

Love workout! It’s such great value for money for the gym and all classes! Staff are really friendly and the female weights room is brill and has all the equipment you need. But what I really enjoy are the classes! There is a great variety and I highly recommend Paul’s spin and spin and core if you are after a good challenging workout! Paul is a fab instructor and PT, you work hard and get great results!! I’m really pleased with the progress I’ve made with him and would recommend it to anyone who is keen to get fitter and push themselves!

An absolutely brilliant gym with everything you need to improve or maintain your fitness.A wide range of classes to suit everyone, very good PT’s and at a price that everyone can afford. All in all, it’s a great place!

Really lovely gym with welcoming staff and a women's only weights room which I love. Sweet sauna in the changing rooms and so many classes to go to. Really great gym, probably the best I've been to for value for money.

This is a lovely local gym run by lovely people. I’ve been going regularly for the past year and love it - you’re genuinely welcomed by a smile every time you go. It has everything you need to have an effective weights or cardio session and is separated out in to various areas over 3 floors. I go in the mornings and the people there are a wide mix of ages and fitness levels with no ego bouncing around.Few things to note:Phone reception in the basement is spotty so download your playlist at homeThe basement ceiling is fairly low so you can’t do military press while stood up (it’s fine upstairs)People actually put their weights back after using them

Brilliant gym and the staff are very helpful. It's a good system as you can look on your online account to see if its busy or not at the time you prefer to go. Will definitely be coming back

Great gym for the price, with a few flawsPros- Great friendly staff- Sauna and steam room for the price of a standard gym membership- Has a decent amount of squat racks- Free lockable lockers without a padlockCons- The free weights areas machines and weights is dirty. You can see the grey sweat marks left on the machines and can sometimes even smell it. It would be great if the tissue dispensers were stocked to promote hygiene, or like my previous gym give cloths out for people to use.- one off fee every march for development? No other gym has this, not sure why it isn't wrapped in the subscription. I hope to see new machines in march.- an upgrade to the leg extension machine would be good. The machine's back rest doesn't let you adjust the position, meaning that if you have a shorter thigh your knees may not be in a comfortable position when using it.- not really a con as one exists on the first floor, but I would love a seated row machine and or lat pulldown machine in the free weights area.

Really bad smell , Poor/Average Kit, Nice staff- Downstairs weights room and the mens changing room have a truly awful smell (really off putting - coming from a male). Additionally there is really poor hygiene from those who use the steam/sauna facilities - people are not showering beforehand (there's no sign to tell you to do so), and are also going stright in with their underwear after a training session. This has put a fair few of us off using these facilities.- Whilst there is lots of good/new pieces of kit, there are weight sand plates that are crumbling to pieces or are extremely dirty.- The staff are always really lovely and helpful, cant fault this one bit.

Been a member for such a long time and I still get a buzz going. The staff have fostered a friendly community minded spirit and are always there ready to help. The gym is continually invested in so there's always something new - the addition of a cafe has been a great personal benefit. There are so many classes, something for everyone. Loving Paul's new Tabata class, so much energy and support to enable you to challenge yourself. Followed by Paul's spin which never fails to deliver a different routine every week, full of motivation and encouragement with the added bonus of great tunes. Keep doing what you're doing Workout - your hard work and dedication is appreciated!
